Jason & Ashley Kimbrow-Elevation College Pastors
Jason & Ashley Kimbrow are the pastors and founders of Elevation, New Life’s college ministry. The Kimbrows share a passion for seeing college students find their role in the big story of God. Jason and Ashley love mentoring and training leaders to becoming everything that God intended for them.
Jason is a devoted husband and dad, coffee enthusiast, and leadership specialist. Jason graduated from Conway’s own Central Baptist College in 2004, where, incidentally, his dad is the president. An engaging speaker, Jason is full of fresh, God-given vision and communicates his messages with humility, humor, and creativity. His energy is contagious, and if it were up to him, everyone who walks through the doors of Elevation would become involved and find their niche in the church family and body of Christ. Either way, Starbucks sales and New Life Church would suffer greatly without Jason Kimbrow around.

Garrett and Megan Matsuyama-Elevation College Pastors
Garrett was born in Wisconsin, before moving to Maumelle, AR at the age of 12. During high school, Garrett found New Life Church, where he discovered the love of Jesus for the first time. A recent graduate from UCA with a BA in communications, Garrett is pursuing his Master’s in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. Garrett has two claims to fame: 1.He believes he is the only 1/2 Japanese, 1/4 Cuban, 1/4 Irish person in the world. 2. He played football next to Darren McFadden in high school. If you want to get connected anywhere in the church, Garrett is the guy to talk to. His passion is to challenge and empower people to use their God-given abilities in a way they never thought possible.
Megan, a Texas native, but grew up in Conway and graduated from Conway High. After moving to Fayetteville, she earned a degree in Sociology from the U of A. Currently Megan is working on a Master’s in counseling from UCA, while directing our Outreach ministry. In her free time, you will find Megan running, traveling, or doing anything involving the outdoors… But more than anything, Megan loves people. Her passion is to counsel people and help bring them healing and to a knowledge of Christ.
